I've had animals my whole life but no animal has captured my attention like the dog. Always there for you like no other. Bred to be a companion, flock guardian, protector, watcher, and a bunch of other things. We would not be where we are today without the dog beside us.

 

I've shared my life with mutts and purebreds such as Dobermans and Dalmatians. While I still have those two breeds I wanted to add a breed that was rare in this country and bred to work. While watching a TV show one day I saw the Dutch Shepherd and it took my breath away.  It began my research into the breed and the more I researched the more I wanted one in my life.

 

I'm a BIG believer in health testing and trialing a dog in order to assess breeding status.  If the dog does not pass all their health testing and titles then it does not get bred.

 

All our dogs are PennHip (Hips), CERF (eyes and elbows), and thyroid at minimum.
